We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to take on this fantastic opportunity to support Hertfordshire Strategic Leads for Mental Health in School as a Team Administrator.
The post holder must have excellent organisation and time management skills and can prioritise their workload. You will be skilled in recording and managing data and have a highly flexible approach to support frequently changing needs.
The successful candidate should have the ability to work as part of our team as well as be able to work autonomously with high level of attention to detail. We are particularly interested in hearing from a positive, dynamic applicants who will support the team in the day to day operations to enable excellent and accurate communication with Hertfordshire Schools and a wide range of colleagues across the system including children and young people’s mental health services, Public Health and Hertfordshire County Council.
Your primary role will be to undertake a broad range of administrative tasks which will be extended to supporting the team in conferences planning and organisation, data management, surveys and other tasks which will support the managers role. There will be plenty of opportunities for the role to be developed further lending the role to an individual who has a particular interest in improving Hertfordshire’s children and young people’s emotional wellbeing and mental health.
There will be opportunities and support for continuing professional development and opportunity to participate in quality innovations.
The post holder will need to be able to travel between sites.
