At ASF we currently have opportunities available for Residential Child Care Workers based in the Warwickshire region for a well established provider of children's residential services. This service is a 4 bed EBD service which supports children and young people between the ages of 10-16. They offer specialised care for young people with complex and challenging needs on a 24 hour/7 day a week basis. You will be required to work shift patterns, which will include sleep ins and some weekends. * Warwickshire * Residential Child Care Worker * £9.15 - £10.50 Per hour, Plus sleep in rate * 1 on 2 off shift pattern/2 on 4 off shift pattern Requirements: * Level 3 diploma in Children and Young people's Workforce/Residential Childcare preferred, but opportunity to enrol on level 3 qualification * Experience with challenging behaviour * Experience within a children's residential setting preferred * Full UK driving licence For a full and/or an informal discussion about the role please respond to this advert
