Your new nursery This setting has been established for over five years. It is based around a key family and free flow approach offering children freedom in a supportive environment, so they can be confident, skilful and capable learners, who are respected and valued. This nursery is made up of experienced nursery practitioners who are all too happy to help you settle into your job.
Your new role
As a senior nursery practitioner you will support the deputy and head of nursery in the leadership and management duties of the nursery. You will lead curriculum plans within the setting and support the nursery staff in effectively implementing the learning programme. You will be required to attend all staff meetings and training sessions. All health and safety duties must be followed and implemented within this setting.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be level 3+ qualified with experience. As a nursery practitioner you will need to be organised and understand the EYFS curriculum. You will also need to have initiative and confidence, as well as being passionate about working with children. Management skills will benefit you within this position.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive annual salary based on experience, as well as 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays). You will be joining a professional team and will receive continuous training. You will be working 40 hours a week, in between the hours of 7.30am-6 pm.
