Working within our functions departments, you would be supporting all of our business globally\n \n Requirements \n \nTo work as part of the studio team on the creation and editing of a wide range of graphic design projects, scopes of work and ticket requests in various formats, maintaining brand vision and goals, to contribute towards high quality, global product launches and integrated marketing and brand campaigns and other ad hoc marketing communications activity.\n Create high-quality assets and visual components for collateral, websites and other media, including infographics, brochures, flyers, social media posts, animated gifs and eDMs etc. Support with conceptualising campaigns from brief via scamps, translating messaging into visual styles. Create dynamic templates on the RI Content Centre (via InDesign plug-in) to enable local markets to localise centrally produced assets. Prepare and design presentations, artwork and copy layouts to brand aligned templates Design for both digital and print platforms across multiple brands, applying unique brand styles. Source graphics, create custom graphics and edit images to ensure assets meet with relevant brand design and proposition focus aesthetics. Liaise with wider team members to create cohesive designs across assets that reflect the brand culture and objectives. Collaborating on multiple projects of varying complexities, meeting deadlines and supporting team members. \n \nDo you have what it takes? If you wish to be considered for this role you will need:\n \n Experience:\n Role critical Experience working in agency environments (in-house or agency) as part of a creative/design team Strong communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Advanced experience of Adobe Creative Suite with particular strengths in Illustrator, PhotoShop and InDesign. Ability to work at pace to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment, balancing multiple projects/activities. Strong PowerPoint skills An enquiring mind and a positive outlook Enthusiasm around design practices, trends, and methods and a keen interest in modern and cutting-edge technologies with a desire to expand current design skills.
