Managing an inbound sales team
Coaching sales staff
Ensuring targets are delivered
Maintaining a vibrant sales culture within your team
Motivating and mentoring staff
Reporting to senior management
The Sales Team Lead will:
Have experience in a team lead or management role in a sales environment
Be results driven
Have excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Be an excellent communicator
