Income Team Leader

Eden Brown are seeking an Income Team Leader to work for a well know Merseyside based Housing Association on a 6 month fixed term contract

Daily responsibilities:

To be responsible to the Income Manager for the delivery of day to day management of the Income Collection Team.

To lead the Income Collection team in providing a world class approach to managing rent arrears.

To work closely with the Neighbourhood Management Team to ensure the smooth and timely resolution of tenancy issues impacting on rent collection.

Key areas of responsibility will be:

• Robust performance management
• Rent arrears recovery
• Former tenant arrears recovery
• Policy and process development
