Have you got demonstrable experience in Telesales? Would you like to work from home and earn £100 per sale, paid weekly, by speaking to people who are looking to find a solution to their debt problems? The leads we give you will be less than 15 minutes old.
Applications without telesales experience will not be accepted.
In this role you will be responsible for the first stage of assessing a client’s viability for a formal solution via telephone by conducting an income and expenditure with the client., you will then pass the collected details over to us. You will ensure that the highest level of customer service, compliance and productivity is delivered. Full training on the product will be given.
What You Will Be Expected To Do:
Manage warm leads from clients in financial difficulties
Complete Insolvency Practice checklists
Complete initial telephone calls to assess case viability
Assess cases against set Criteria
Deal with Vulnerable Clients
Effective questioning to Clients
Focus on best practice (Industry regulations)
Ensure client’s best interests are met at all times.
Ensure that GDPR legislation is adhered to
Ensure all Company processes and policies are adhered to.
Have demonstrable experience within a Telesales Environment
Have a caring nature as the role involves dealing with vulnerable clients
Be a natural people person, with energy and passion for what you do.
Have excellent attention to detail
Can do attitude
Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Be self-motivated and organised and a natural ‘roll your sleeves up and get on with it’ person
Have flexibility regarding hours of work.
There are no limits as to what you can earn. Some of our Telesales people are earning £1200 per week
Please note, This is a com role only. You will need a telephone and broadband connection. If you hit more than 5 successful sales per week, you will receive £70 per month towards your phone and broadband bill.
