An internal Sales function providing first-class support to our Sales Managers and Customers. Supporting in all daily admin tasks and customer communication to help achieve the team and individual targets of the sale team. Key Responsibilities Administration tasks including updating CRM, quotation modules, raising order forms, capacity checks, distance checks. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries. Following up on quotations with clients Coordinating bids and proposals with procurement and sales engineering to ensure that the customer orders are correct as proposed and matches the client expectations Obtaining the details for new customers, setting them up on the CRM system. Uploading any documents and customer contact information onto the central system. Proactive intervention when clients are cancelling services to understand the reasons for the cancellation and counter propose alternatives if possible.
