IT Support, IT Support Analyst, IT Service Desk, Service Desk, Helpdesk Support, IT Support, IT Administrator, Service Desk, IT Service Desk Administrator, Remedyforce Evolve ERP are working with a growing Support Company who are doubling in size over the next 2 years, currently building their Service Desk team in need of a IT Support/Service Desk Administrator on an ongoing contract basis. The key elements to this role are: Manage incidents/changes/problems in our Remedyforce service desk system Be the point of contact for customers for any queries & escalations raised Acknowledge incoming incidents within agreed service level targets. Ensure incidents are prioritised, categorised, and assigned to the correct teams for action Liaise with team members based in UK and abroad to ensure incidents are being progressed and communications made to customers about actions agreed and completed. Assist with creation of templates for and populating of monthly reports for each customer and reports to support service reviews Monitor incidents and prompt team members and customer users to complete actions outstanding and request team members to provide regular updates Work with Service Delivery and Service Desk Managers to assist in development of improvements to quality of service and reporting processes Ideally, we want someone who has worked within an Oracle environment too. This role will be on site at their head offices in Thatcham, with some flexible remote working. Daily rates Depend on Experience and we are looking for someone to start ASAP.
