My well established, dynamic, Berkshire based Client is urgently recruiting for a tried and tested 3rd Line Support Engineer. The chosen Candidate will have knowledge, skills and experience in the following; Advanced knowledge of Systems Centre Configuration Manager. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 including MS Teams Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Systems and architecture (OS & Roles, Hyper-V, etc). Advanced knowledge of Active Directory/Group Policies Advanced knowledge of MDM (Intune and Airwatch) Networking protocols and technologies - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and vLANs Strong planning and organisational skills. Good knowledge of managing third party resources providers. Flexibility to operate in a small team; being able to pick up tasks to support others as required. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Experience of running small projects. Experience Required A proven track record in enterprise system administration in a large enterprise or related Service Delivery function working in a centralised team. Significant experience of engaging with multi agency partners Proven experience of Microsoft Server architecture and of Windows and applications design and implementation. A proven track record of delivery of medium to large projects. Production of procedural documentation and its use.
