You will be joining this rapidly growing service line responsible for all Managed Service contracts to all of our customer across all sectors. We cover Service Operations and service desk, AMO, Cloud technology, End User Compute and legacy ITO. We align with ITIL and are agnostic across our delivery capability in relation to core IT, cloud, service desk, EUC tools and technologies. About you: As a 1st Line Application Support Analyst you will be expected to provide exceptional standards of support to all customers, supporting a variety of products, services and platforms. You will have an undergraduate degree or will have the equivalent combination of education and work experience, preferably in an IT or Professional Services company. You will also ideally have experience with using some or all of the following technologies - Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Java Script and C#, alongside having knowledge and experience of the ITIL methodology. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to develop a career in IT support as training and a career development plan will be provided. What to expect: The role is predominantly responsible for the effective day-to-day management and resolution of incidents raised by customers, in accordance with Service Level Agreements, documented processes and procedures; and provision of technical expertise on assigned project/support activity. Other responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day application support for external based customers within agreed SLA's and KPI's 1st Line support via telephone, e-mail and webchat End-to-end management of Incidents, Problems, Service Requests and Changes. Resolution of 85%+ of all incidents and requests at first contact Take responsibility for prioritising support tickets based on business impact and urgency.
