Due to ongoing growth, my client require a personable and customer focussed French speaking Account Manager. The successful candidate will join a talented multicultural team whereby you’ll assist and manage a growing French speaking customer base.
Established over 10 years ago, my client have upwards of 500 employees spread throughout Europe. The teams have many specialisms including Web Development & Design, Content, Marketing and Customer Services.
* You will be working within the customer service/account management department. You will be responsible for assisting and managing an ever growing French speaking customer base.
* You will be tasked with communicating with customers via email, telephone and other means of communication.
* You will need to use all your customer service skills in looking after the online customers, therefore maximising the potential revenue generated.
* You will need to have excellent French communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent).
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Have the ability to build strong relationship with customers.
* Have similar experience working as an Account Manager/Online Customer Service Executive.
* Have sales and account management experience.
* Have an ability to understand customer needs and build a rapport to assist them successfully.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
