We are currently looking for someone to join our friendly Business Support Team at our immaculate Leatherhead, Head Office. Role You will provide first line support to Dermalogica stockists and consumers delivering Outstanding Customer Service in line with our Brand core values. Key Responsibilities Process telephone orders from Dermalogica stockists quickly and accurately. Offer cross functional support with regard to operating stock requirements, events and projects. Provide exceptional product knowledge and promotional advice to our stockists & consumers. Identify up-selling opportunities throughout the ordering process. Troubleshoot in relation to the stockist or the consumer’s customer experience. The following skills are required: Experience within a Customer Service role. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good interpersonal skills - including active listening & problem solving. Outstanding telephone manner. The ability to resolve customer issues whilst remaining professional. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office, Word, CRM A willingness to undertake regular internal education & development. Confident building professional relationships across the company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Full product training will be provided to the successful person as part of a comprehensive induction programme.
