Salary: £17,218 (earning up to £18,939 with annual bonus paid twice yearly)

Shift/Hours: Various rotational shifts to choose from, working between 8am to 9.15pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 8.15pm Saturday and 10am to 6.15pm

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll speak to a wide range of customers who have queries relating to billing, payments, usage and device support.
We'll provide you with the knowledge and support you need to answer these questions efficiently, but you need to have the ability to communicate in a friendly, professional and confident manner.
You'll also need to be a competent PC user, as all customers' details and the information you need to deliver first contact resolution are PC based.
