Hays is a recruitment partner for a business operating in healthcare & medical industry, located in Runcorn. Their Customer Care Centre is looking for an excellent Representative to join a team of 20.
Your new role
The role will focus on supporting clients by phone and e-mail, processing clients orders, responding to various queries and complaints and strengthening relationships with existing clients. What is more, you will be expected to maintain accurate information in the database, adhere to relevant procedures and service standards, as well as demonstrate willingness to constantly improve company's processes. General administration duties will be a part of this position as well.
What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for candidates with experience working on the phone in the customer service environment, exceptional communication skills and commercial savviness. Ideally, you will have experience with working towards KPIs and targets. What is more, you need to possess good IT skills and flexibility to work different shift patterns.
