Who will I be working for?
You'll be working for Capita, but in partnership with First Group in our Great Western Railway Customer Relations Team a leading transport operator in the UK and North America that, In the last year alone, 2.1 billion passengers have relied on to get to work, school or college, visit family and friends or go travelling/sightseeing. As you can imagine, a lot goes on behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. And, should you join our team as a Customer Services Representative, you'll be at the heart of it all as you help start lots of people's journeys every day.
What will I be doing?
You'll be dealing with customers from around the country and providing help and support for customers throughout their journey. You will be answering calls, replying to emails or composing letters of response to customers. You will also be responsible for investigating customer's claims for delayed services. Customers could be disabled or older and looking for specialist assistance, someone travelling by train for the first time in a while and need to book a seat on the train to York next week or a someone who has had a change of plan and needs to know how to change their tickets to match. All sorts really. In short, get ready for plenty of variety.
