Collections Officer

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a group in their recruitment for a Collections Officer on a permanent basis located in the Southampton area. Reporting in to the Finance Supervisor you will be working in a high-volume collections environment and will tasked with managing a large and varied ledger. Your responsibilities in this Collections Officer job will include: Managing a portfolio of business to business accounts Analyse and develop collections strategies Be responsible for managing internal and external queries Escalate with authorities if required The ideal candidate for this job will have first class communication with the ability to build lasting relationships.
