We are looking for great people to join our team in roles which support customers at different stages in their financial journey from early arrears to the latter stages.

In a nutshell, we are looking for people who can have meaningful conversations with customers who are coming to a crossroads with their finances. We need you to help them decide how they can repay their mortgage loan(s) by understanding their circumstances and delivering a solution.
We have a cross-functional team so there is plenty of opportunity to cross skill and learn new things! In the near future we expect growth in this area so now is an excellent opportunity to step into the world of Collections and become an expert in this field.
Supporting customers in arrears and managing them through the process, exploring all viable options and provide solutions to support customers through their journey.
Working in a pre-emptive role with customers to explore repayment options prior to expiry of their mortgage to ensure customers are able to repay their mortgage loan before expiry. This role requires extensive understanding of the collections process and deals with customers in high end arrears who need focussed support to clear their arrears after their mortgage has expired.
Roles involve and are not limited to:
Having meaningful conversations with customers and third parties to understand circumstances and look at best course of action
Implement appropriate forbearance solutions to address the mortgage arrears
Manage cases through appropriate processes in order to minimise any potential loss
Liaise with customers, third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure the correct and most effective course of action is implemented
You will be expected to work to agreed goals and be a quality driven individual, making sure you meet the required standards of the role. Problem solving will come naturally to you as you will deal with complex customer queries, finding solutions that has the best outcome for all.
Acting with professionalism is with utmost importance as responsibilities of the role include having difficult conversations with customers about their financial position. This is an excellent opportunity to move into an exciting area of the business.

A flexible contract working 40 hours per week, hours may be between the hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:30pm. (There may be occasions where you could be asked to work some Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays)
It’s expected that you will be working remotely due to the current pandemic and will have the support of the Team Leaders and training team to enable you to perform effectively and provide an excellent and supportive service to our customers.
