Your new company You will be working for an organisation who offer support and guidance to both Adults and Children who are victims of Domestic Violence
Your new role Based at home, you will take calls from victims of domestic violence. You will offer them support, listen to their circumstance and try and point them in the right direction for further support and hopefully, a way put of their situation. You will be able to give them your undivided attention, as for many, making the call for help will be the hardest thing they do.
What you'll need to succeed You will be able to listen, empathise ad able to make decisions on the next best step for the callers, which is going to offer them the quickest and safest move from their circumstance. You will work on a shift rota including one weekend in four as well as working one night per week. This is a 24/7 service.
