Senior Change Lead

ReAssure, part of the Phoenix Group are looking to recruit a dedicated Senior Change Lead to join our team within the Finance and Actuarial division. The position will preferably be based in Telford on a permanent basis. This vacancy represents an opportunity to join one of Telford’s largest employers, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow. In this role as Senior Change Lead, you will be required to support the team during an extensive period of change Key responsibilities include: To lead/drive the strategy required to deliver change within the organisation, to promote continuous improvement using recognised and controlled change/project management processes. Engagement with key stakeholders to interpret business requirements and translate into technical build documentation including presentations to Executive design and governance forums (e.g. DAG or FCDG) as required. Liaise with appropriate subject matter experts within the team to fully understand and document end-to-end solutions/processes in order to drive out process improvement. Support improvements to the WDT process including automation and data quality improvements to better support the reporting timetables, business requirements and improve efficiency across the Actuarial and Finance models. Support delivery testing and business readiness in line with agreed governance models. Develop effective relationships across Finance, Actuarial and the wider business in order to understand the root causes of issues and drive effective change to service our customer base. Key skills/experience required: At least 5 years’ experience in either an Actuarial or Finance department Experience of working within a regulatory environment Experience in implementation of new financial systems and/or processes Experience of Actuarial or Finance business, system or process interrogation e.g. RAF/Unify or ihub integration.
