Head of Change & Transformation - £70K to £80K - London My client is looking for a proven Head of Change/Business Transformation to become their Change Lead and manage a number of Change Initiatives, whilst building continuous improvement across the organisaiton. You will be managing a small team overseeing a number of change initiatives and ensuring project delivery across a number of key Technical areas. To be considered you will have experience in. Working in a Change Manager/Head of Change position. Experience in creating continuous Improvement on business transformation. Proven experience of delivering key projects. Managing Project and Technical Resources. Managing Senior Stakeholders both internally and externally. Establishing and Monitoring Business Benefits. Consultancy background to work autonomously Any experience in delivery of Technical Projects including the following would be highly beneficial. CRM Dynamics. CMS System. Office 365. ERP Supply Chain/Logistics/Procuremen Any candidates with experience of using a combination of Prince, Agile and Six Sigma methodologies on business transformation in both a Technical and Supply Chain/Logistics environment would be highly desirable.
