This role will lead the development and delivery of a change communications strategy to engage our employees in our internal change programmes as we modernise to create our new better way of working. You will be a core part of the project teams for new ways of working, accommodation and people strategy, helping to guide and shape the delivery of the programmes with our employees. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering Facebook workplace across the organisation as a critical new channel to engage and empower our employees as we continue to work in a dispersed way. Skills/experience required: Experience of leading internal communications in complex organisations that have a mixture of frontline and office/home working employees Experience of developing and delivering organisational change communications campaigns Experience of leading multiple communications projects in a busy team with the ability to handle competing deadlines Creative writing skills with the ability to develop human, engaging copy that connects with employees Good influencing skills with the ability to build a wide range of relationships Ability to work to a brief including budgets and deadlines. Evidence of success in building good working relationships across professional and operational boundaries and at all levels, including senior management and external stakeholders Strong focus on evaluation and continual improvement Qualifications required: PR, Communications or marketing degree level qualification desirable Please note: The role will currently be working from home but may require you to travel to our head office in Waterloo in the future.
