Contract Change & Transformation Management Consultant (professional services/consultancy/digital tech delivery) - Remote - 3months initial engagement - outside IR35 Role: Contract Change Manager Duration: Initial 12 weeks Location: Remote Day Rate: circa 550+/- p/d (negotiable DOE) Outside IR35 We are looking for a contract Change Management consultant who can assist a rapidly growing consultancy with their offerings and capabilities. Working closely with the CTO and exec leadership teams you will play a huge part in facilitating and rolling out changes. Specifically, introduction of internal digital/tech capabilities. You will be managing these changes/projects end-end, in a modern, agile manner. You will be responsible for: Planning and coordinating different stakeholders across the business Helping and supporting the number of leadership roles which are opening. Introducing capabilities (3 in the next 12 weeks) Defining propositions for the business - how do we sell what we sell and deliver what we deliver? Key Skills/experience required: Change management experience in digital/tech delivery/professional services with tech capabilities. Experience working for a consultancy (ideally 200-500 people) Experience working for a scale-up (ideal not essential) Experience managing end-end change in a modern agile manner.
