As a Change Manager, you'll act as the bridge between the project or programme and the business users to ensure activities are planned, tailored and completed. Understanding - and meeting - the real needs of our customers is critical; to successfully implementing and embedding the change. Not only will you validate the case for change, but you'll also ensure this is communicated in a compelling way, to the right audiences through the right channels. Making people aware of the benefits of change is critical, so you'll develop and implement a robust benefits realisation plan. Throughout, you'll ensure our stakeholders are engaged, ready to play their part in the process of change, and prepared to adopt new ways of working. About you You're qualified to practitioner level in change management, with a proven track record of delivering success. Conversant with a range of change management tools and frameworks, you're confident about choosing the combinations that deliver the best results. You bring a structured approach and you're quality focused. It's also important you're approachable and quick to establish rapport with different business and stakeholder groups. You're experienced in mentoring more junior colleagues and it's also desirable that you bring experience of using Agile methodology.
