Each site has it’s own distinct culture but across them all, our people share a passion for creativity and knowledge that the very best work comes from collaboratively working together. \n\n \n\n We’re now looking for a HR Business Partner with Learning and Development expertise to join our People team, supporting employees across McCann Manchester. Initially the role will be working remotely but longer term can be based flexibly at either our Prestbury or Manchester office with some requirement to travel between them. \n\n \n\n What you’ll be doing as HR Business Partner:  \n\n \n\n As HR Business Partner you’ll be responsible primarily for providing Employee Relations support to several core business units within the agency. Becoming a trusted partner to department heads you’ll provide the support they and their team require on a daily basis including, but not limited to: \n\n \n\n Build and nourish relationships with department heads, understanding their business and challenges to help guide effective decision making. \n\n \n\n Understand the pulse of the agency, analysing cultural trends and creating action plans to drive effective change. \n\n \n\n Create a brilliant ‘People Experience’ for everyone you come into contact with, inspiring and motivating the wider team to ensure processes are actioned in a timely manner, not to mention with great care and attention \n\n \n\n Provide expert advice and coach line managers to resolve employee relations issues including performance management, redundancy, disciplinary and grievances, TUPE, exits etc. \n\n \n\n Oversee the onboarding, probation and performance management processes for your business area. Add the sparkle to ensure our people are feel at home from day one within the business. \n\n \n\n Own and run with people projects, always pushing for creative and innovative solutions to ensure the agency is a great place to work, taking the rest of the team on a journey with you. \n\n \n\n Within McCann Manchester we’re a group of lifelong learners.
