Business Development Representative (Bi-Lingual Speaker)

Our client operates a multi-functional, revolutionary platform capable of solving a catalogue of business challenges. Their intuitive software caters to scenarios covering the B2E, B2B and B2C spaces.
The company are now looking for an ambitious, bi-lingual speaking candidate, with some sales experience, to help lead the continued growth of the business and its revelatory platform. Operating out of their Godalming offices in Surrey, you’ll act as the first touch point for customers – setting the tone for the entire sales cycle.
Business Development Representative (bi-lingual speaking) Package: 
  • A competitive basic salary of between £30-32k
  • Y1 OTE upping your salary to £44.5k total package

Business Development Representative (bi-lingual speaking) Role:
  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, its offering and the engage with prospects over the phone, via email, in person and through social channels, to set appointments for account execs
  • Collaboratively work with account executives to identify and target enterprise level accounts
  • Research, build out and develop prospective accounts within the company’s CRM
  • Partner with the company’s marketing teams to support messaging, initiatives and campaigns
  • Create and maintain active engagement strategies to raise awareness and educate prospects
  • Consistently meet quotas and KPIs
Business Development Executive (bi-lingual speaking):
  • Educated to degree level
  • Must speak another language to business fluency
  • Must have 6 months’ experience or more within sales, preferably within a software or technology environment
  • The ability to quickly engage with prospects over email, phone, social and in person
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and to learn quickly
  • You will be accustomed to objection handling and will thrive in a team environment
