The successful candidate will support the delivery of safe and effective care services for adults in Rutland. You will work closely with our Social Care Teams, to ensure the provision of effective commissioned care services by driving service improvement, quality assurance and contract compliance. You will undertake research, collate, analyse, and report on service provision data to inform and assist Senior Management in decision-making and on best value. This role leads and undertakes scheduled quality assurance visits throughout the year for commissioned care providers and additional assurance and support visits on an ‘as and when’ basis to ensure early identification and rectification of any issues. Currently this work is undertaken remotely. The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The cost of the DBS is paid for by us.
