Project Administrator

Our client is looking for a Project Administrator to work closely with clients through the tender process right through to final stages of projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen communication and problem solving skills along with experience or knowledge of the construction industry.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Complete tender process

* Submit PPQ’s

* Provide method statements

* Keep on top of Health and Safety paperwork

* Ensure all paperwork is available for audits

* Risk assessments

* Point of contact throughout projects

* Resolve any issues in a timely manner

Person specification:

* Organised

* Excellent communication and problem solving skills

* Experience in tender process

* Knowledge of construction industry

Salary between £22,000 to £26,0000 per annum dependant on experience
