Team Leader

My client is looking for Senior Support Workers to join their small children's home, based in Luton, hourly rate of pay £9.50 to £10.50, sleep in rate of £35.
Shifts can vary but usually 1 on, 1 off, 1 on 3 off.

You will be joining a care company who are passionate about delivering outstanding care and support to young people with EBD. My client continues to flourish and grow; therefore, you will be joining a company with possible further opportunities for the future.
This is their newest home, you will joining the service just as it opens, so you will be part of a new team to put your own stamp on the service.

The Role;

As a Team Leader / Senior Support Worker, you will;

• Lead the day to day shift
• Deliver the highest standard of care to the residents
• Ensure the young people's physical and psychological welfare is well looked after.
• Be responsible for engaging the young people in various activities
• Support their educational needs and help them learn independent living skills.

The Person;

To qualify for the Senior Support Worker role, you will need;

• Experience working with children with complex needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A 'can do' attitude with motivation to achieve excellence
• An NVQ / QCF Level 3 (Children's & Young People)
• A clean UK driving licence
