Registered Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join an existing small children's home in Nuneaton. Salary up to £38K - £43K plus performance bonuses.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong Deputy Manager to take the next step, with a dedicated senior management team who will mentor and support.

The organisation is committed to providing bespoke support to young people, with residential services in Kidderminster, Nuneaton and Kenilworth.

As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the:

• Recruitment process from hiring, supervising, appraisals, staffing structures Inc. rotas
• Home operations in line with children's legislation and the companies' policies and procedures
• Promotion of a positive, unconditional caring environment

The successful Registered Manager will have:

• The ability to demonstrate significant experience within a managerial capacity, minimum Deputy Manager level and level 3 in children's residential. The level 5 will be provided immediately if not already achieved.
• Experience of working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Awareness of the needs and rights of children and young people in care and acting as an advocate for children and young people.
