The Role A full time role Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The role will involve working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, whistleblowing, high profile cases, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine employment law scenarios.
The Candidate The Employment Solicitor will have 2 to 5 years PQE in Employment law and should have good client handling skills and be able to work well with other team members. Candidates will however be expected to be able to demonstrate at interview that they are self-motivated and commercially minded, as well as having good interpersonal skills and being able to work effectively in teams.
