About this job
We are looking for someone who is friendly, self-motivated and empathetic with demonstrable experience of physical activity and behaviour change as a means to empower people to manage their condition. This is a new project and a key part of the role would be to monitor the service and measure outcomes to understand impact. The post holder should have a Level 3 NVQ in Exercise Referral or equivalent qualification.
