Wormwood Scrubs Charitable Trust Manager LBHF54073 Salary Range: £45,594 - £48,576 per annum Work Location: 45 Beavor Lane, Hammersmith, London W6 9AU Contract type: Temporary for 2 years Closing date: 19 February 2021 Advert Text: The Wormwood Scrubs Charitable Trust and the council is looking for someone that can support the Trustees in overseeing the HS2 works on the Scrubs, the development of an Ecological Master Plan and the development of the Linford Christie Stadium.In addition, the post holder will review the Trust`s governance, including it`s strategic objectives, constitution, terms of reference, delegations and byelaws. The post is initially for a two-year fixed period. Role Responsibilities: To support the Wormwood Scrubs Charitable Trust (WSCT) to review governance arrangements including, the strategic objectives, Constitution, Terms of Reference, delegations and by-laws. To work with the Trustees and bring forward reports as required to committee meetings for information and /or decision. On behalf of WSCT, lead, co-ordinate and facilitate projects within agreed budgets and report on any variances and areas of concern. To provide co-ordination across all projects and initiatives affecting the Wormwood Scrubs delivered directly or by third parties. To oversee implementation of the Ecological Masterplan To ensure that all committee decisions are recorded correctly together with any conflicts of interest. To ensure WSCT meets its obligations and requirements of the Charities Commission. To work with the WSCT on a business plan to secure a long-term sustainable future. To identify sources of funding and apply for funding to add value to the aims of the of the WSCT. Assist the Trust in developing marketing and promotional strategies, for Wormwood Scrubs. On behalf of WSCT, build and manage relationships with stakeholders of Wormwood Scrubs. Provide a coordinating role with other officers supporting WSCT, in relation to administrative, finance, activities, development and maintenance of Wormwood Scrubs.
