An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Neuro-Sciences nursing team as a Band 7 Ward Manager for our Neurosurgery Ward. Ward 43 is a 46 bedded Unit with 12 of these beds dedicated to our enhanced care area. We are looking for a motivated individual to inspire staff and ensure the provision of, safe, high quality, patient centred care.
Applicants to this post would benefit from some experience of implementing change and embedding good practice, you will need to have excellent leadership and management skills. We have a large Multi-disciplinary team, so it would be essential for the applicant to demonstrate previous effective team working. It is essential that you are able to show good communication and interpersonal skills. You must have excellent clinical knowledge and skills and be committed to keeping the patient at the centre of everything we do in line with our Trusts values.
