Due to the retirement of the present post holder an excellent and rare development opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to lead a multi-disciplinary team in a 15 bedded unit caring for patients with a Neuropsychiatry diagnosis at the CQC Outstanding rated North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust.
You will need to be enthusiastic, have excellent organisational, negotiation and time management skills and be able to engage with staff at all levels. Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and act as a role model within the clinical care setting and care for patients in an efficient, appropriate and empathetic manner.
The post holder will be supported with their own professional development and have the opportunity to become involved with many exciting projects working alongside the community Neuropsychiatry team.
Applicants must be a RMN with a current NMC Registration and have experience of working with this client group at a senior level, along with managerial experience, including supervision and coordination of staff, budget management and workforce and clinical development.
You will be highly motivated and innovative in your management and leadership skills and have the ability to communicate both internally and externally in relation to complex clinical matters.
