Support Services, part of Capital, Estates and Facilities Management, is excited to be able to advertise for a Support Services Manager. The role is to manage the Quality Monitoring and Patient Support programme.
Support Services is a combination of in-house and contracted services and our goal is to provide and deliver the best patient experience for our patients and visitors.
To succeed in this role, you will have substantial management experience of support services. You will be experienced in working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary services and have demonstrable experience in planning and managing change. As a manager, you will understand the complexities of managing diverse programmes, as well as offer leadership and know how to get the best results from your team.
You will be comfortable in extracting performance and compliance data, analysing and then appropriately using the information to secure service improvement or change. You will know what good stakeholder management looks like.This post is subject to a satisfactory DBS clearance and as a result, you will be required to pay the associated fee of £23.00. This fee will be deducted from your second month’s salary.
