About the job As a member of the Partner Operations team, you'll analyze top issues facing our content creators, work with cross-functional teams to resolve them, and help manage support operations. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of YouTube creators across all verticals towards strategic goals. Maximize watch time hours and audience engagement, understand new features, policies, and platform improvements and build a strong channel community.Evaluate data both quantitatively and qualitatively to measure and analyze overall creator performance using internal analytics tools.Streamline operational workflows and process improvements.Act as a liaison between creators and our cross-functional teams, serving as a consultant as needed.Project manage initiatives to grow emerging creators, including workshops, events and other scaled initiatives. Qualifications Minimum qualifications:Experience in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry.Experience as a YouTube creator, or working with creators. Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role within customer support, sales, and/or relationship development.
Ability to speak and write in English and Italian fluently.Preferred qualifications:Ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders across all levels of an organization, as well as influencing cross-functionally.
Effective problem-solving skills and proven track record of proactively improving processes.Excellent communication, presentation planning and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
