Our Pizza Factory in Nottingham is comprised of two sites: a bakery site known as Finch Close and a topping site known as Gateside. On average 1 million pizzas are created every week at the Pizza Factory made up of 50 different products.
We are currently recruiting for a HS&E Manager to join our Pizza Factory in Nottingham. Reporting into our General Manager, you will provide directional support to the Business in the Planning, Measuring, Reviewing and auditing of Health Safety & Environmental activities to meet legal requirements. You will be required to set minimum standards of Health & Safety Practices where needed and advise management of best practices within the industry and establish and Maintain Robust Safety Management Systems You will provide advice and assistance to the Management Team to help them achieve their responsibilities as well as keeping up to date with new legislation, company and other safety information and brief the management team accordingly. You will also ensure lines of communication are established with the emergency services and enforcement Agencies, assist with compilation of accident statistics and contribute to the continuous improvement in business performance as a member of the Management Team.
