We have developed a new role of Non-Executive Board Advisor to support succession planning for Non-Executive Director positions.This new role would be a non-voting lay role to support the work of the Board.This role requires the successful candidate to have experience in the business sector with expertise in transformational change. You will have to be able to demonstrate financial and technical acumen, have a clear understanding of commercial profit and loss and be a strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture.You will have to be willing and able to challenge the ‘status quo’ and put forward ideas and suggestions that may push the Board thinking into uncomfortable places.
