This organisation is a multinational Chinese investment management company that serves as a platform between China and their clients from across the rest of the world to facilitate international investment. They are a huge organisation in China with a growing presence in the UK.Your new role
Your role will centre around providing support to the Equity Sales and Trading department, namely organising roadshows, arranging trips including booking flights, hotels and visas and supporting the development of client relationships. This role will involve communication with clients in both China and the UK, utilising your Mandarin skills and understanding of Chinese culture. You will initially be hired on a temporary basis for 3-6 months at a rate of £16/ hour, however if the placement is successful there is a strong likelihood that you will be taken on permanently.What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you must speak Mandarin and have some existing admin experience, specifically in managing or booking events and international travel, including booking flights, hotels and visas. You will need to be smart and presentable with strong communication skills. The key components to succeed in this role are:
