Assistant Branch Manager – Romford, RM1


A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our Client based in Romford, RM1, As an Assistant Branch Manager you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property sales process from generating /carrying out viewings to Negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Assist in the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis Supporting the running of the team. Actively further building up the company’s brand and profile in the market Identifying key areas in need of development and providing solutions Devising and implementing marketing plans and key business strategies to attract vendors and buyers in the local area Inspiring negotiators to achieve their potential Setting and monitoring targets Co-ordinating marketing and advertising activities Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business Coordinating and carrying out property valuations and listings Effectively marketing properties to attract potential buyers Responding to buyers enquiries and viewing requests Registration of new applicants, handling phone, email and office walk-in enquiries Effective diary management Providing sellers/buyers with regular feedback Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly Maintaining regular contact with buyers and other relevant parties Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process Guiding buyers through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion Assist in some letting duties The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: Minimum 3 year’s experience as an Assistant Branch Manager Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way Enjoy working in a team environment Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment Obtain a full valid UK driving licence The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Saturdays 9am to 5pm (With a day off in the week) Salary range will be: £20,000pa to £25,0000pa basic + Company car or allowance OTE of around £30,000pa If this role is of interest to you and you have the necessary role requirements, please submit your most up to date CV and contact details to Graham Green at Roundpegs Property Recruitment today.
