About this role

Come and work with brand that is an industry leader in the mobile world. We're looking for someone to head up our Pay As You Go customer base.

It’s an exciting and pivotal year for us and we need you will manage a P&L in the 100's of millions with a lot of autonomy, not the usual 100's of people telling you what to do.

Working with a large brand, big budgets it is vital that you develop our relationship with customers at a household level, thinking about how we get every customer to take more products and services from EE.

We need you to address enrichment, how we retain our customers, churn management as well as how we cross sell to our base. We need you to think about how we manage the base as a whole, not separate customer bases / individual products.

You'll have the following responsibilities

  • With your exceptional commercial understanding you will be able to develop and evolve strategy including policies and plans to drive PAYG top-up, Add-ons and churn
  • Using your coaching and management skills you will support, motivate, inspire and coach a large team
  • We'll ask you to manage a large complex virtual matrix stakeholder list up to CEO level
  • You will also lock down complex quarterly plans with commercial teams

You'll have the following skills & experience

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing and commercial strategy in a large business with a customer/user base
  • Proven track record in CLM or base strategy and working in an Agile environment
  • Supported and coached large teams
  • The ability to influence up to CEO level
