Transactions Administrator

Pertemps are delighted to be working with our public sector client to recruit for Transactions Administrators on a temporary basis.

Role - Transactions Administrator

Location - Home Working / City Centre

Duration - Until end of March 2021

Hours - Monday - Friday, 36 hours a week

Rate - £10.04 per hour

Immediate start

Please note that for these roles, experience in a finance and admin role would be advantageous.

Successful candidates will be:

- Providing a reliable customer focused service by telephone, email and online

- Processing transactions using a variety of different systems

- Looking at accounts

- Analysing information

- Handling sensitive and personal information

- Checking customer data and providing information relating to this

- Drafting letters and other forms of communication

You should have:

- A proven track record in an administrative role

- Excellent customer service

- Good analytical skills

- An eye for detail

- Experience of using a variety of communication methods successfully

- Strong Microsoft Office skills
