Part Time Office Administrator

Description

Roos Recruitment are looking for a part time office administrator to work for a well established company just outside Norwich.

This role is temporary to permanent on successful completion of 12 weeks working with the agency.

£9.50 per hour

5 days a week, which will include a Saturday

Week hours are open to discussion but Saturday hours are 7:30 - 11:30am

Duties will include:

Answering of telephones
First point of contact with site visitors, customers and deliveries
Weighbridge operating
Manual invoicing
Confident in using computers
General office duties as required

Ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing with great communication skills both verbal and written
