We are ideally looking for someone with a CSR background, able to upsell, and available immediately. Responsibilities Ensure all queries are responded to within the agreed timescales and to a satisfactory standard Provide customers with an excellent level of Customer Service Process all sales orders, resolve order and delivery issues, arrange returns and credits, deal with invoice queries and general admin duties Upsells to gain additional sales and proactive in dealing with enquiries Comply with processes and procedures to ensure that a high standard of service is achieved to both internal and external customers. Ensure all Performance KPI’s are met Experience & Skills Previous experience in B2B Sales and Customer Service Self-motivated, flexible individuals who love to work as part of a team Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build instant customer rapport Handles customer questions and complaints efficiently and politely Ability to work quickly with confidence and be adaptable to change Works well under pressure Follows procedure to resolve customer problems Identifies and sells to customer needs High level of communication skills both verbal and written Work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvements Ability to build instant customer rapport Flexible and willing Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook What we offer: Generous salary + commission for upselling Monday – Friday between the hours of 6-7.
