As a Data and Insights Senior Analyst in the IBEX team, you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives.

Luton is home to our UK Marketing Company (UKMC), responsible for the marketing of our medicines in the UK. Here you’ll also find colleagues from AstraZeneca’s corporate functions and our European and International regions’ sales and marketing teams. Main Responsibilities:

Segmentation & Targetting

• Lead the creation of tools aimed at identifying different customer groups across a variety of different metrics
• Provide analytics to identify optimal channel mix and frequency required to optimise ROI
• Support target list reviews with field leaders and loading of contact plans in Veeva

Commercial Analytics

• Answer business questions using data and analytic techniques, providing fact based responses
• Conducts advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance
• Proactively seek opportunity to automate and re-engineer current analytical processes across the team

Veeva

• Work with IT to ensure that reporting is accurate in Veeva
• Support the enablement of new features looking at more advanced analytics

Minimum Requirements:

Essential

• Proven experience of leading development and delivery of analytical workstreams
• Ability to derive insights from multifaceted data and information
• Ability to support large and complex workstreams
• Strong Microsoft Excel, data management and presentation skills
• Experience with statistical software (R Studio, SPSS, etc.) or programming languages (R, Python, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

Desirable

• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with Veeva CRM
