Commissions Data Analyst

Location: Newbury (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

What will you be doing? 
This role is key to the delivery of Vodafone Business Sales Commission Plan and has a role in actively supporting the strategy.

The role will be responsible, alongside your commission team colleagues, for the end-to-end commission payment processes and as such will undertake a variety of roles to ensure timely and accurate completion of the monthly process. This will involve answering sales queries, carrying out audits of the system calculations, ensuring the Terms & Conditions of the Plan are correctly implemented, performing investigations into results for individuals and teams as well as ensuring the L5 process documents are kept up to date.  The role will be key to supporting decision making as and when required, through involvement in monthly reporting, the forecasting of commission costs, modelling scenarios for plan changes, preparing changes to key documents, preparing adhoc analysis to support Sales Commission Review Board presentations and other senior management requests.

The role is both challenging and rewarding as it gives exposure to many areas of Vodafone Business that requires effective stakeholder management skills.

Who are we looking for?  

• Commissions Analyst experience required
• Data Analysis
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical information
• Microsoft PowerPoint & SQL skills preferred
