Electrical Contracts Manager - Maintenance Division

Our client is a reputable and growing electrical contractor based in Bury. Due to continued success and growth they are now looking for a Contracts Manager or experienced Project Manager to join their team and manage their maintenance division. Our client works on commercial, healthcare & industrial contracts across the North West.
You must have prior experience managing maintenance contracts from start to finish. You must have technical maintenance electrical experience.
Duties will include but won't be limited to;
* Delivering PPM & reactive works
* Spotting tender & work winning opportunities
* P&L meetings
* Liaising with clients
* Weekly WIP meetings
* Sub-contract and direct labour management
* Site meetings
* Pre-construction / bid involvement
