Job Title: Contract Analyst Duration: 5 months (chance of permanent) Hours: 37.5 Hours PW Location: East Grinstead
Brief description of role:
*Providing key financial support to the Finance Directorate including monthly financial reporting, updating and problem resolution *Conducting monthly reconciliations of activity and income against datasets from the Commissioners using detailed knowledge of data composition to identify reasons for variances *Analysing data from different sources to assist in the income generation from best practice tariffs such as MOHs, Cataracts and Xiapex *Have excellent working knowledge of the Civica SLAM system which is used for trust pricing, maintain and regularly update this system in line with current departmental procedures *Identifying potential income risks and coming up with ways to increase income through data efficiencies
*Degree level education or equivalent experience of working in a commissioning/information environment *High-level application software skills particularly in spreadsheet and database modelling *Ability to set and negotiate priorities and subsequently programme workload to achieve results and meet deadlines *Experience of working with MS SQL *Working knowledge of Civica SLAM pricing tool
