My Client is a main contractor looking for a freelance Receptionist / Administrator to join their construction project team based at Head Office in Stratford.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to; Managing the reception desk, answering and re-directing calls, greeting visitors, managing meeting room calendar, dealing with post, ordering / maintaining stationary, cleaning and hospitality supplies, maintaining records, binding contracts and reports, issuing documents via ASite (training will be provided).

Candidate Requirements:

Must have previous reception, front of house or similar experience
Fantastic customer service skills
